Artist's Resume' - Randy Zucker

Randy Zucker is a self-taught digital artist living and working in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Her unique images start out as original photography, but that is only the beginning. Using a computer mouse as her 'paintbrush,' she then applies any number of digital effects and filters in order to artistically interpret the theme of each piece. The result is a bold, striking work that my be somewhat representational or may abstract the subject down to its most basic elements of form, color, light, shadow, and composition. Whether representational, abstract, or something in between, the images are sure to capture and challenge the imagination.
Randy's "Virtual Conceptions," printed on paper, silk, or canvas, explore a wide range of subjects and are grouped on her website according to themes like Virtual Autumn, Virtual Judaica, Virtual New York, etc. She travels extensively, photographing different locations and subjects, to create powerful images that strike a chord and make a statement.
Randy has shown both locally and nationally and her work is also represented in various private and corporate collections.
